For security purposes, both password and PIN for user accounts are set to automatically expire every 6 months. 

As the expiration date approaches, users will receive a warning message prompting them to change their credentials when they log in to the application. Once the user has successfully updated their password and PIN within the application, they must ensure that the changes are reflected in their browser's saved passwords and PINs. Failing to do so could lead to the browser attempting to use the old credentials during login attempts, which may eventually result in the application locking the user out for security reasons. It is essential for users to regularly update their login credentials both within the application and their browser to maintain a secure and uninterrupted access experience.
