We are pleased to announce a new feature implemented in your Production environment. This new feature will allow users to see any integration event error messages that may be associated with the referrals.
Integration messages can fail for a variety of reasons. We have created a playbook to help with troubleshooting these items. We suggest having your internal IT department review the error message and the referral payloads to help determine the issue before involving Novari Health support. When contacting Novari Health, please include the referral ID and related payload information.
